Yes. Wilfrid David — Plomberie • Excavation installs and replaces septic tanks and leaching fields with its own excavator, following the site study and municipal permit required under Quebec regulation Q-2, r. 22.

Do you do the plumbing for new houses?

Yes, including PEX run through the framing before the walls are closed. The company also works as a general contractor on new construction.

Do you do excavation near lakes?

Yes, with whatever permits the municipality requires for the shoreline and buffer strip. The rules vary from town to town, so we check them before starting.
