Parts on the shelf
We keep a good stock of plumbing parts at the store. For customers doing their own work, this avoids a long drive for a single fitting. For our crews, it means leaving for each job with the materials it needs.
We recommend bringing the old part, or at least a photo and its measurements: it is the simplest way to find the right part the first time. For a specific part, call ahead at 819-428-3161 to check that it is in stock.
The showroom
Bathroom fixtures are easier to choose in person than from a catalogue. The showroom has tubs, toilets and faucets on display, so you can compare heights, finishes and dimensions against your own room.

Water: jug refills and drinking-water tests
We sell water at the store: you can have your water jugs refilled there.
